Learning paths that actually fit how people learn
Three years of teaching search ranking showed us that everyone needs a different entry point. Some want the technical breakdown, others need to see the bigger picture first.
Pick what fits your situation
We built these tracks after watching hundreds of students hit the same walls. The content overlaps sometimes, but the sequence and focus change based on where you're starting from and what you need to accomplish first.
Quick Start Track
Get results in weeks, not months. We strip out theory and focus on the tactics that actually move rankings when you implement them correctly. This worked for a Penang retailer who went from page 4 to top 3 in six weeks.
Technical Foundation
For people who want to understand why things work before implementing them. We cover crawling, indexing, site architecture, and how Google actually processes pages. A Kuala Lumpur developer used this to fix crawl budget issues that had plagued their client for months.
Strategic Program
The full methodology for long-term competitive positioning. Content strategy, link development, competitive analysis, and measurement frameworks. This takes longer but builds the foundation for sustainable growth across multiple markets.
How we structure the sessions
Most courses dump information and hope it sticks. We found that doesn't work when you're trying to change actual search performance. Here's what we do differently based on what actually produced results for students.
- Live analysis of real websites so you see the decision-making process, not just the final recommendations
- Weekly implementation assignments with specific targets so you're building skills while learning concepts
- Group sessions where you critique each other's work because explaining your approach to others clarifies your thinking
- Access to our tracking templates and analysis tools that we use for client work
- Individual check-ins when you hit technical issues or need guidance on specific situations
Typical progression through the program
Diagnostic and baseline
We audit your current situation or a practice site if you're starting fresh. This identifies where you'll get the fastest improvements and what technical issues need fixing first. Most people find 3-5 quick wins in the first session.
Core implementation
You're building the foundation: fixing technical issues, improving content structure, and setting up proper tracking. This is where most of the actual work happens. We review your changes weekly and adjust based on what's working.
Expansion and scaling
Once the foundation is solid, we add link development, content expansion, and competitive positioning. You're making strategic decisions now instead of just following instructions. The training wheels come off gradually.
Independent operation
Final sessions focus on measurement, ongoing optimization, and handling algorithm changes. You're working mostly independently by this point, with us providing feedback and course corrections when needed.
